ascii art ICT Learning Understanding ASCII Art ASCII Art is an art form made of ASCII characters. ASCII characters are arranged in such a way that resembles certain forms or certain writings. ASCII art was born because at the beginning of the discovery of printers, has no graphics capability, so the solution that emerges is by using the characters (ASCII) instead of the graphical.

But the unique ASCII art itself is that you can hide “secret” documents to them. Nothing can be seen visually on the ASCII art until you try and decode the decoder and find hidden messages in it.

Picture Worth a Thousand Words may be one application that looks like a regular picture as ASCII converter, but it can hide data or document images into ASCII characters.
