Improve Missing Driver Letter in Windows 7 March 3, 2010

When you install two operating systems on one machine, such as windows vista and windows 7, maybe a few small problems can sometimes occur. For example, loss of driver letter other operating systems, in this condition is windows vista partition. The following tips will show you how to fix the problem.

Click Start » Control Panel select view with small icon
Click Administrative tools menu

Double click Computer management menu on Administrative tools window.
In the next window, select Disk Management menu on the left panel
In the right panel, right click on the missing hard drive partition driver latter, click Change Drive Latter and Paths
Click add button
In the next window, select Assign the following drive letter (first choice)
Your previous partitions are lost now will reappear on Windows Explorer your Windows 7.
